
Antoinette “Ms. Cream of the Crop” Cartman-Gay is the owner of 216The Beat Radio Station as well as an On Air personality. She is also the owner of T.E.T. Entertainment / Elte PR. Although, she has several clients on her roster she still finds time to serve her community with food drives, Hip Hop events that give back and camps for the youth of Cleveland, OH. All while offering her time as a Yong Professional Volunteer for the United Way, and participating in several events with Engage Cleveland Young Professionals.
Antoinette, better known as Cream, has recently received several awards and nominations for her efforts and business acumen. Her most recent award, “Business Woman of the Year” was presented by the Ohio Entertainment Awards as well as being recognized & featured in "Who's Who of Black Cleveland 2016.
